Information about a merchant's business, including its taxpayer identification number and certain other identifiable information (such as its financial history, when applicable);

Certain personally identifiable information of the owner of a Merchant, including the owner's name, address, social security number, and email address.

 

This information may be necessary to process the Merchant's application and to contact the owner;

 

Your name, including user name or screen name and password;


Postal and/or e-mail address;


Mobile, home, fax and/or business telephone (including toll-free) number, service provider name,

 

and the date, time, and content of your message;


IP Address, and other technical information collected by the servers utilized by us or our vendors;


Credit/debit card and other billing information, including cardholder transaction data, card numbers, and expiration dates;


Information regarding the use of the Services, including but not limited to the redemption of gift and loyalty offers; and Other information provided by you to us in any way.


The Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly collect or retain information in connection with the Services from children under the age of 13.


How Information is Collected
Through registration, or electronic forms filled out, by you on Merchant Account Outlet various pages, websites and Platforms. 


Through paper forms filled out by you;

We require both the personal social security number of the owner of a Merchant and the Merchant's federal taxpayer ID to provide the Merchant with a merchant account.

 

When an individual provides a social security number, we treat it with the same care and protection that we do with other personal information.

 

The social security number is used to verify identity and to conduct a credit check. We use the federal taxpayer ID to verify the business. We use the business information to conduct a business check.

 

Information Use
The information we collect from you may be used for the following purposes:

To provide the Services to you;
To process and fulfill your transactions;
To contact you regarding your transactions or the Services;
To verify your identity and maintain a record of your transactions and interactions with us;
To respond to your customer service inquiries and support needs;

We regularly review and update our security measures to protect against unauthorized access to personal information. Despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. In the event that your information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Radiant Pay will promptly notify you in accordance with applicable law.
